We own the website until the Rent-a-Website plan is either paid out or the 12 month plan period is finished and complete ownership is transferred to you.

Yes. You will be able to cancel your contract anytime, but you will have to pay out the agreed contractural amount in full of your website rental agreement. The full 12 month period is the total cost of your website development.
Set up fees will be invoiced seperately and payable before the website development begins and rental agreement has been signed. The monthly plan costs will be direct debit from your nominated bank account each month once your website is live.
It depends on which website plan you have chosen. Setup fees are $199 except for e-commerce and membership sites which are $250.
Your monthly fee covers everything listed in the rental plan you choose. If you require extra components or features for your website during your rental contract then extra fees for component installation will be required.
